Joe DeRosa
Since Joe DeRosa started his stand-up career in 2001, he has secured himself as one of Philadelphia’s fastest rising comedians. Though new to the game, he’s no rookie. With regular performances at clubs and colleges up and down the East Coast, Joe continually entertains crowds with his creative wit and energetic stage presence.
Joe’s embarrassing anecdotes and self-deprecating cheap shots made him a finalist in CN8’s “March Laughness Comedy Competition.” In a televised, two month long event, he managed to take second place out of forty comedians from the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania tri-state areas. But it’s not always about fun and games. He has also graced the theatrical stage, playing a wide range of characters in various dramatic plays.
All in all, Joe’s just a well-rounded guy who enjoys performing for the sake of art, passion, and the public. Check out his stage show while he’s still nice/not-famous enough to talk to you after the show.
